4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once the parcel has been shipped and tracking information provided, we are not responsible for courier-related delays, loss, or damage.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects supported by photo or video evidence.

  • Goods must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Used or damaged items are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the original account used for payment after verification.

    • delays, loss, or damage caused by courier or third-party logistics providers after shipment,

    • indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including but not limited to loss of profit, opportunity, or emotional distress),

    • misuse, mishandling, or use of products contrary to instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive the order.
